Your basket and favourites

Your basket and favourites are kept in your browser’s local storage so you can find them on your next visit. These records stay on your device and contain no card details. You can remove them by emptying your basket, removing favourites or clearing your browser’s site data.

When you write to us

The form sends your name, email, subject and message to the shop’s service. This information is used to handle your request. It is stored privately on the server and is not published on the website. Please do not include payment details or sensitive documents.

In this version of the service, requests are retained for a maximum of twelve months and then deleted automatically during server operations. The data controller’s identity and contact details will be confirmed before public opening.

Email inspiration

Subscribing requires an email address and your explicit agreement. It records your request for Nomalume inspiration; this version of the shop does not trigger automatic emails. Every campaign must include an unsubscribe link when email delivery is activated. You can already request removal through the contact form.

Cookies and visit measurement

With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, products, basket additions and confirmed purchases. Events include product references, quantities, currency and value; a purchase includes its order reference. Our tracking does not send form contents or the tokens used to access an order.

Analytics and advertising are disabled before you choose. You can accept, reject or customise your preferences and change them later using Cookie preferences in the footer. Your choice is kept for up to six months. Basket storage remains necessary for the shop to work. Advertising permission can allow Google ad measurement and personalisation.
