A little light on your questions
The answers to help you choose with confidence.
All the answersWhat is a cordless lamp?+
A cordless lamp does not need to stay plugged in while you use it. Depending on the model, it uses a rechargeable battery or replaceable batteries. Point uses three AAA batteries; check each product page to find the right fit for you.
How long do the lamps last between charges?+
Battery life depends on the model, brightness and use. Measured runtimes for the selected products will be published when orders open. We would rather give you a tested figure than a theoretical one.
What are the delivery times and costs?+
Delivery arrangements are being finalised. The dispatch origin, shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be shown before orders open and before any payment.
What if the lamp is not right for my home?+
Our planned returns policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The process, return address and any applicable costs will be set out in the terms of sale before orders open.
