Terms of sale
The basis for your future purchase from Nomalume.
Order and basket
Adding a product to your basket does not yet create an order. The order is placed when you complete secure payment. These terms govern purchases from the Nomalume shop.
Products and prices
Product pages show the contents and price of each offer in your chosen currency. Lune Duo contains two lamps. Braise contains six LED candles. Dinner and Terrace sets combine their component prices without an additional advertised discount. The total due and delivery information are shown before you confirm.
Payment and confirmation
Payment is processed by our secure provider. An order is confirmed only after the payment is verified and saved on the server; returning to the website is not proof of payment.
Delivery, returns and support
Delivery, cancellation and refund information is set out on the Delivery & returns page. Return requests are possible within 14 days of receipt. For any question, use the contact form.
